We love Karen but miss you and your voice each morning.  We missed seeing you at Ravinia and with this absence began to wonder if it was a health issue.  We heard Rick today mention your hospitalization and exploratory surgery.

Ramsey, I cannot explain quite how strange or how wonderful your presence has been for me.  Single-handedly, you introduced me to smooth jazz, and along with Dave Koz, you've made it a personal passion.  My thanks is accompanied by prayers for recovery.  We know the Lord has you in His mighty and loving hands, and it's there that we can all find comfort.  I look forward to once again hearing your voice and chuckling at your jokes.  Until then, rest easy and know you are missed.
