For the past nearly 2 years my oldest son has been haulin' buns between NYC and Philly working on his firms project there, the new COMCAST tower (he's an architect at GENSLER/NY). Last Sunday the Travel and Leisure section of the News-Press featured the tower on it's front page. It's becoming a "must see" destination in Philadelphia. See Randi beaming!

From my earliest years, thanks to my Grandpa, who owned a fruit and veggie shop in Brooklyn and my parents who always encouraged us to try a wide array of foods, my first mother-in-law and Linus Pauling and Adele Davis and my partner at Razzberries(my defunct organic restaurant), I've been acquiring information/knowledge about fresh/organic food stuffs, supplements and balance for a very long time. Believe me, you are what you eat!!
Why do I bring this up? Well, this past Tuesday I went to Integrated Skin Care (they come on to Smooth Savings next week)...Integrated IS the operative word here.
